In this role, Mr. Carroll will lead go-to-market strategy and ongoing business development efforts with institutional investors in international markets. With over 30 years of experience in the real asset industry globally, Mr. Carroll possesses a deep understanding of the specific needs of non-U.S. investors, including their increasing focus on sustainability and desire to build portfolios that reflect their values.

Steve Carroll Biography
Steve Carroll is Managing Director, Head of International Capital Markets at CenterSquare. Steve has over three decades of experience in the real asset industry and is responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and business development within non-U.S. regions. He is also a member of CenterSquare’s New Product Development Committee. His past industry experience includes domestic and offshore business development, in addition to global and regional real asset portfolio management positions at CBRE Clarion Securities and LaSalle Investment Management Securities. He was also the Chairman of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Americas Property Index Committee for approximately 10 years. Steve received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles. He is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of California, and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
