Trip.com Earnings Are Imminent; These Most Accurate Analysts Revise Forecasts Ahead Of Earnings Call

Trip.com Group Limited TCOM will release its fourth-quarter financial results after the closing bell on Monday, Feb. 24.

Analysts expect the Singapore-based company to report quarterly earnings at $3.95 per share, down from $4.00 per share in the year-ago period. Trip.com projects quarterly revenue of $12.32 billion, compared to $10.32 billion a year earlier, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

On Feb. 11, Trip.com disclosed that Mr. Junjie He, a director nominated by Baidu, tendered his resignation as a director of the Company, and that Mr. Rong Luo, the executive vice president of Baidu Inc., has been appointed as a successor director of Trip.com Group.

Trip.com shares gained 1.4% to close at $67.02 on Friday.
