Charles D'Alessandro Joins Madison Estates Sotheby's International Realty as Licensed Associate Broker to Provide Industry Expertise and Foster Community Connections

Former Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Office Manager will lead a group within Madison Estates, list, sell, and manage properties across Brooklyn.

A highly-experienced professional who has dedicated his career to this field, Charles is a licensed associate broker, realtor, sales manager, and corporate executive who brings with him a wealth of knowledge in helping buyers and sellers negotiate transactions to create win-win scenarios for all. Charles’ background aligns with the company’s mission to combine local strengths with international networks to provide the highest quality of real estate services. He joins at an optimal time as the company continues exponential growth, focusing on building strategic partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations.

D’Alessandro is a well-established licensed real estate broker and manager in Brooklyn, who has experience across various roles within real estate firms, including as a licensed associate broker and office manager. These experiences have contributed to Charles’ well-rounded scope of the buying and selling processes for Brooklynites. At Madison Estates SIR, D’Alessandro will develop and train a group within the company that will list, sell, and manage residential and commercial properties. Charles has also recently become licensed in South Carolina, and will work with the Sotheby’s International Realty team in Greenville and Upstate SC.

An established real estate rainmaker, D’Alessandro has sold over 800 properties in Brooklyn and Queens. He joins Madison Estates SIR most recently from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fillmore Real Estate, where he successfully led his award winning team through hundreds of real estate transactions. During his tenure there, Charles managed the branch, helped buyers and sellers negotiate transactions, and motivated and trained salespeople, among other responsibilities. D’Alessandro brings with him to Madison Estates his vast wealth of sales and management knowledge and Brooklyn realty experience.
