With sustained enrollment growth at Ole Miss in recent years, the University has faced a tightening housing environment for students, with a substantial deficit of purpose-built student housing. The new development, located just one mile from campus, will feature 216 units comprising 504 beds within a garden-style residential community, and will provide students with modern, fully-amenitized living options within close proximity to campus. The project will offer surface parking, pickleball, a gym, and a pool, as well as direct access to a University-sponsored shuttle stop, ensuring students enjoy convenient, high-quality living accommodations.
